My Thoughts on Chronos Daily Revitalizing Oil

Even though I have acne-prone skin, I've always loved using face oils because it's super hydrating and waking up in the morning with it makes the skin super supple. However, it's true that face oils could cause acne and of course, I had trouble with it but not all face oils.

Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Chronos Daily Revitalizing Oil, its ingredients are mostly a blend of essential oils. Its said to contain:
Brazilian Sapucainha: Seeds from a Brazilian tree that are high in essential fatty acids help inhibit skin damage caused by external aggressors like sun exposure.

Polyphenols: Extracted from essential ginger oil, polyphenols stimulate the skin's natural antioxidant mechanism to provide further protection from environmental damage and improve skin vitality, neutralizing 91% of free radicals.

Grapeseed Oil: Oil extracted from grape seeds proves rich in Omegas-9s and Omega-6s, both of which are essential to maintain the strength and integrity of the skin.

SymUrban: Synthetic molecules that reduce the effects of pollution on the skin and protect your skin’s collagen and elastin fibers.

Vitamin E: Potent antioxidant that protects lipids in the skin’s cellular walls.

Essential oils: We combine five essential oils containing antioxidant properties and to develop our ultra-soothing formula.
I've looked into the decoded INCI list and of course most of the ingredients are Icky since it's basically made with essential oils. Which some beleive are good and some believe are bad. I'm still at the middle because I haven't studied yet much about this, but I'll definately not used EO's that are not made on skincare on my face.

The other EO's added are EO's that are believed to be good in skincare which are Rosemary, Lavender, Copaiba and Graveolens. I'm usure what they specifically do but I do know a bit after being addicted to Young Living.

Packaging
The design and feel looks professional, it comes in a tinted transparent sleek glass bottle with a screw cap dropper and contains English and Frech labels on packaging and on bottle. I have no complaints on packaging as it works fine enough.

Texture
Very oily and watery, you'll be tempted to use a lot of this oil at once. However a few drops is sufficient enough for one usage. It absorbs very well into the skin and mixes easily with moisturizers too. It's great that it doesn't feel too oily or sticky after application.

Scent-Wise
The scent is just so calming which makes scense as it's mixed with various kinds of essential oils. I kinda feel like I wanna drop some in my diffuser and diffuse the scent. LOL...

Experience
I've been using this for two weeks now and after a couple of experiments, I can finally conclude how this face oil works with me. So I have acne-prone skin and I know it isn't a good idea of using face oils, but I've tried quite plenty and some don't really cause my skin to break out, so I'm okay with taking risks.

When I patched test the oil, it didn't seem to cause any reaction after a few days, no acne popped out so I decided to use it full face. I mixed the oil with my current moisturiser which had very low absorbency, so with a few drops of this revitalizing oil, it only took a few seconds to have it all absorbed in. It also gave an instant boost of hydration and the fact that it's actually an oil, it doesn't really tend to feel that oily or even sticky. Waking up the next morning, the skin feels super bouncy and dewy which made me super impressed.

However, a few days after that acne came popping up to party and it was quite plenty. Of course, I sighed because I was beginning to love this but it kinda got out of control so I stopped using it. But still, my skin still did look refreshed and plump at the parts where the was no acne. So I may think it should be one of my hormonal issues again because I'm also getting a lot of acne at certain parts of my body especially my back.

For now, it's been 2 days since I've stopped using Chronos Face Oil and I don't seem to be seeing any new acne and my previous ones have dried up already. My skin still looks plump and nourished so I'm loving what I see.

Overall Thoughts
I haven't given up on this daily revitalizing face oil yet. I'll probably try again next week and see if I see any more acne popping, then I'll certainly know this is the cause for my acne. But still, my skin feels and looks good if you discard the acne issue. So I'm really in between for yay and nay for this face oil.

And also this oil isn't cheap, so of course I'm looking to use most out of it. I'm still strongly to give this face oil another chance. I feel those with dry skin would certainly cherish this revitalizing face oil from Natura.

My Rate
Rate: -/5
Repurchase: Probably not for now, and the bottle is huge when you'll just use a few drops for each use. One bottle may last a year.
