Review COSRX Lips Treatments

COSRX Lip Sleeping Masks Review

I received these Pre-Launched COSRX Lip Treatments from StyleKorean. When I first saw these I was like 'WOW!'... signed up instantly to try because my lips do need service. LOL... These Lip Treatments from COSRX come in 4 types which are AHA BHA Lip Plumper, Full-Fit Honey Sugar Lip Scrub,  Balancium Ceramide Lip Butter Sleeping Mask, and Full-Fit Propolis Lip Sleeping Mask.

All of these Lip Treatments come in a cute plastic tub with a mini spatula to scoop out the product. The Lip Sleeping Masks include a FREE mini toner sample from each range too, so it's certainly a must-grab while it still lasts.

COSRX Refresh AHA BHA Vitamin C Lip Plumper

It's an energizing, multi-tasking lip plumper that visibly volumizes, smooths, and hydrates the lips. COSRX claims it to be the perfect cocktail of ingredients for supple & energized lips. This volumizing lip plumper can be used day and night to create a canvas for other lip products.

My thoughts on COSRX AHA BHA Lip Plumper is that it's an interesting lip product. I think this is my first time using an exfoliating lip product included with Vitamin C as well. It has 2 actives at once, which made me a bit worried at first but going through the INCI list, it uses mild actives for each one. Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate for Vitamin C and Betaine Salicylate for exfoliating. Other than that, the rest of the ingredients contains plant extracts which look pretty good.

It's gel-cream textured, making it easy to scoop and apply. However, upon application, I did feel quite a tingling feeling on my lips but it didn't last long. It does feel a bit oily on the lips at first but once it's completely absorbed it creates nice plump lips but not that obvious. So far this lip plumper is okay for me but I'm not sure if I'll be repurchasing.

COSRX Full-Fit Honey Sugar Lip Scrub

This lip scrub exfoliate & moisturize, even for sensitive lips. COSRX claims it to smooth and preps lips for pre-lipstick application by buffing away dead skin cells, leaving lips smooth and ready for flawless color application.

My thoughts on COSRX Full-Fit Honey Sugar Lip Scrub is that it's a decent lip scrub. Its key ingredients are Shea Butter, Cocoa Extract, Sugarcane, Lemon, and Honey. The INCI list looks clean with no artificial substance.

I used to have very chapped lips before so I hardly use lip scrubs. This is my first lip scrub for this year and it didn't seem to be harsh on the lips. Its sugar crystals are quite gentle so people with sensitive skin should have no problem using this but I don't think it'll suit those who are used to lip scrubs.

Its texture is fine natural sugar crystals which feel good to me. So far using this scrub is fine for me, it creates a smooth lip after each scrub.

COSRX Balancium Ceramide Lip Butter Sleeping Mask

I've been very excited about this product, I love lip sleeping masks and ceramide is one of my fav ingredients, so of course, I had to try this. COSRX claims that its Ceramide Lip Butter Sleeping Mask is able to soothe and strengthen the skin, leaving it healthier and more resilient. It's scent-free, colorless, and non-sticky too.

My thoughts on COSRX Balancium Ceramide Lip Butter Sleeping Mask is that it's a light sleeping lip mask. Its key ingredients are Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Ceramide. Its INCI list is short and looks promising too.

For a lip sleeping mask, I feel like its texture is a bit light compared to most butter lip sleeping masks I've tried. It melts on the lips creating a kinda oily butter barrier on the lips which sticks pretty well, just a bit too shiny and glossy for me. Waking up with this still leaves a bit of residue on the lips as it does not completely dry off during the night but it does plump and hydrates the lips. I indeed loved the results but I'm not really used to its texture yet. Lighter lip sleeping masks don't seem to feel satisfying enough for me during application but I still reach out to this almost every night.

Ingredients:
Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Polyglyceryl-3 Distearate, Phytosteryl/Isostearyl/Cetyl/Stearyl/Behenyl Dimer Dilinoleate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Beeswax, Ozokerite, Polyethylene, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycerin, Ceramide NP, Phytosphingosine

COSRX Full-Fit Propolis Lip Sleeping Mask

I've tried COSRX's propolis range and I loved it! Hearing now the propolis range has another product to the edition I just had to try it. COSRX claims its Propolis Lip Sleeping Mask is formulated with high content of propolis extract, which instantly replenishes and nourishes lips. Its rich texture absorbs into the lips and allows a non-sticky, pleasant overnight treatment. It can also be used during the day as a lip balm too.

My thoughts on COSRX Full-Fit Propolis Lip Sleeping Mask is that it's great! The key ingredients are the same as the other products in the Propolis Range which are Shea Butter, Beeswax, Royal Jelly Extract, Propolis Extract, and Honey. I knew instantly I was gonna like this one and I definitely did.

The texture is similar to its Ceramide Lip Sleeping Mask which I'm still not used to. The feel of a lighter lip mask is certainly not pleasing for me yet but the after results are magical. It creates hydrated plump lips which indeed makes my lips healthier. It indeed is a repurchase for me.

Ingredients:
Petrolatum, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Diisostearylalate, Polyisobutene, Phytosteryl/Isostearyl/Cetyl/Stearyl/Behenyl Dimer Dilinoleate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Microcrystalline Wax, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Eclipta Prostrata Extract, Beeswax, Water, Butylene Glycol, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Honey Extract, Melia Azadirachta Leaf Extract, Bixa Orellana Seed Oil, Royal Jelly Extract, Glycerin, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Propolis Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tocopherol, Saccharomyces Ferment, Honey

Overall, COSRX Lip Treatments are recommended products for me. I'll most definitely recommend the Propolis if you want to choose among one of them. These 4 types of COSRX's lip products, AHA BHA Lip Plumper, Full-Fit Honey Sugar Lip Scrub,  Balancium Ceramide Lip Butter Sleeping Mask, and Full-Fit Propolis Lip Sleeping Mask Each has its own benefits which may differ and serve your lips better than mine, it really depends on you which type you would want to choose.
