Looking into the full list of ingredients for Heimish Marine Care Cream Toner, its main ingredients are Marine Extracts. Hemisih does highlight Marine Water as one of the key ingredients but I can't see it in the INCI list, or it's at a different name. I'm no expert. However, this toner is filled with Marine Extracts which are Algae Extracts, Seaweed Extracts, Spirulina Extracts, and also Sea Fennel Stem.
Packaging
Do I need to say more? Packaging is stunning! It comes in a see-through hard plastic bottle with a screw cap. The design is simply decorated with corals at the bottom of the bottle which makes it look very pleasing to see. The coral design is carried to their outer packaging which is the reason why I couldn't resist owning this product. LOL... The design is beautiful! I know, I'm such a sucker for packaging.
Texture
As mentioned, it's a milky creamy toner that is still runny. It kinda looks like rice water. This cream toner absorbs instantly into the skin, making the skin feel refreshed and hydrated at the same time. It's not sticky at all.
Scent-Wise
It has a strong sweet fresh scent, which could be a bit overwhelming for some people
Experience
I have been using this toner in my night routine for over a week now and I have not experienced any irritation or bad reaction while or after application of the toner. Currently, I'm obsessed with how good my skin feels after the application of this Marine Cream Toner as it instantly makes my skin plump and preps the skin for the next product.
Overall Thoughts
Heimish's Marine Care Cream Toner should be a great product to try out. But if you're looking into this range, better by the Marine Set. It's beautiful! LOL... However, you can still try this toner first since it's great for prepping the skin. Just the scent may be a bit overwhelming since it contains added fragrance, but other than that, this toner should be a good pick.
