Key Ingredients For The Milky Cleanser
Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract
nourishes & conditions
It's the main star ingredient for this cleanser which also acts and emollient. This extract is full of minerals, amino acids and also sugar similar to coconut water and it's fruit juice. It's claimed to have a revitalizing and energizing plus soothing effect to the skin.
Probiotics
protect & balance
Lactobacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract is what I think is the ingredient used for probiotics in this cleanser. Probiotics are actually yoghurt and Lactobacillus is a favourite type used in skincare. It gives the skin a soothing effect and also the ability to help it defend for harsh environments. For this cleanser, it's taken from Soybean extract which is known to be a soothing agent and help with uneven skin tone.
Jojoba Esters
rehydrates & nourishes
It's known for quite a number of beneficial properties but the main is that Jojoba has superior stability, that provides non-greasy emolliency and makes it easy to be absorbed into the skin.

My Thoughts on Pixi Hydrating Milky Cleanser
I get excited every time I try out Pixi products and this milk range from Pixi was definatley no different. Their Milky range is a bit different from their ranges before as among the products in this range, it didn't focus on one ingredient for all the products in this range. I at first thought that this range would all focus on Milk Protien Extract but turns out each product within this range has a different kind of main ingredient from milk. So you'll be surprised.

Ingredients
As mentioned, Pixi's Hydrating Milky Cleanser main ingredients are coconut, probiotics and also jojoba. So I guess the milk referring to is either coconut or also probiotics soy milk. I however am not familiar with these ingredients and it's somewhat new to me. Overall, this cleanser contains quite a number of emolliants and soothing ingredients which is great for the skin. However, there are ingredients that are comdogenic and quite irritating for those with sensitive skin.
Packaging
Pixi never fails to create beautiful packagings. I super-duper love their PR Kit packaging. It came in a milk designed box and as usual, I couldn't find the heart to throw it away. LOL... Anyhow, this cleanser has Pixi's signature packaging for all their cleansers. The only change is its colour which implements white and green. Its packaging serves its purpose as I haven't experienced any spills with this.
Texture
It is creamy which I feel like it's Pixi's signature for cleansers and I've used quite a number of Pixi products and they all mostly have creamy textures like this one from what I remember. Since it's creamy it tends to create a lot of foam, with our without a cleansing device.
Scent-Wise
Yes, with fragrance in it, it does have quite a strong scent
Reaction
I started using the milky cleanser first before I proceeded using the rest of the products in this range. I didn't seem to experience any bad reaction nor did my skin felt irritated also. After usage it also didn't strip away all the moisture to my skin so there was no tight feeling and it felt great and fresh.
Overall Thoughts
I'm using this cleanser for my night routine as I decided to use Pixi's Hydrating Milky range at night. I'm still using the cleanser until now but I've stopped the other products in this range as I had a breakout which seemsed to attract quite a number of big pimples. The amount was more than I usually got so I kinda freaked out and stopped the range for a while to have it heal. I only sticked to the cleanser until now but I'm also thinking to stop using it for a while as I noticed I'm still getting a few pimples. Not the small ones, but the big ones that hurt. Overall I used this range for about a week before I decided to stop using it for a while. I'll probably use this range again within this year and update again how it reacts to my skin. So for now, this is how I feel about it.

Pixi Vitamin C Juice Cleanser is yet another Pixi cleanser you should take a look into. Pixi Beauty is definitely one of the brands that I personally love and trust. I have used quite a number of their skincare range and I have never been disappointed. My last range from Pixi Beauty was PIXI GLOW TONIC COLLECTION. I have had the Pixi Vitamin-C Juice Cleanser for a while now but I still feel weird with this cleanser because it's not your typical kind of cleanser where you'll have to wash it off. Yes exactly, it's a leave-on cleanser which makes it a bit weird for me and I'm still trying to understand it up until now. Lol... Keep on reading to know my thoughts on it.
Update Dec 2020I wrote this post not knowing much on skincare, but nowadays I've been doing quite a number of readings and now I could say I have good exposure about skincare. I became to realise that Paula's Choice is a highly trusted brand for skincare addicts around the globe and their founder Paula Beagon really take skincare ingredients into count. Their products are made with purpose to help and mostly without containing harmful ingredients. I've also been looking into their website to do reference on skincare ingredients. I didn't know skincare ingredients were important back then but I do now. I don't have the time to fully update this post but you can read on this see how this range worked on me. I'll probably try new products from them soon and do a new set of review. Until then, stay updated to my current skincare review.
