Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Pixi +C Vit Brightening Perfector, its active ingredients are Ascorbic Acid, Ferulic Acid, Licorice and also contains Green Tea and Squalane. However, it does contain EO too. I also see Titanium Dioxide and Iron Oxide which at first I thought was sunscreens but turns out it's responsible for the colour change in the product after googling it's specific code.

Packaging
It comes in a sleek fully covered plastic tube with a flip cap. Pixi really wins with the cute colour combo with its signature green colour. The tube has a small opening which makes squirting out the right amount of brightening perfector easy. There doesn't seem to be much description on the product itself so I'm guessing the INCI list and other descriptions are on its packaging box. Since I received this as a PR gift, I didn't get their box included.

Texture
It's a super thick white creamy cream that completely sticks to the skin, super-rich cream. When rubbed in, the colour changes to your skin tone which creates a perfectly covered skin that looks smooth. At first, it is a bit shiny but once dried it mattifies the skin.

Scent-Wise
A slight scent of citrus

Experience
Honestly I never really used to for a full face makeup yet, but I did try it out on my cheeks to try and it seems a bit drying. I guess this best should be used with Pixi's Priming Oil.

Overall Thoughts
I honestly don't get it though, a primer with actives, yet alone use it without foundation doesn't make sense especially during the day. With Ascorbic Acid inside, it scares me to even put it on without proper sunscreen. So I'll think I'll only be using this for evening events to be safe as my skin is pretty sensitive to Vitamin C.

Pixi's Brightening Perfector does a great job of blurring skin imperfections but I don't think it's suitable to be used in the day in a climate-changed country like mine. Since we receive sun almost every day.
