AXIS-Y New Skin Resolution Gel Mask is a wash-off soothing gel mask. AXIS-Y claims its mask to be formulated to brighten and soothe the skin. This gel mask is said to be fully packed with powerful ingredients to moisturize and reinforce the skin’s natural barrier function. Its 2 main ingredients are Heartleaf, which repairs and soothe dull and irritated skin while 2% Niacinamide noticeably brightens and evens skin tone.

Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for AXIS-Y New Skin Resolution Gel Mask, its active ingredients are Heartleaf, Centella Asiatica, Mugwort and also niacinamide. Overall the INCI lists look promising with mostly plant extracts that have soothing properties.
Packaging
It comes in a semi-tinted plastic jar with a screw lid cap in a packaging box. It also contains a spatula and a protector lid inside. Design is simple and clean, similar to the rest of AXIS-Y's 6+1+1 range. Details are in English and Korean.
Texture
It has a thick gel texture with real leaves, probably heartleaf or mugwort. I'm unsure since it's not stated but the main ingredients are these two, so it could be possible. This gel is greenish and glides easily onto the skin. It's best to use this mask with a jelly brush as it ables to glide smoothly on the skin. AXIS-Y also has its own Jelly Brush you can get.
Scent-Wise
It has quite a strong herbal plant scent but is not that overwhelming. I like the scent, I find it calming.
Experience
I have used this a couple of times within 2 weeks and I find my skin feeling so alive after each use. This Gel Mask only needs a few minutes to use since it doesn't dry up completely. You don't have to wait since it's dry, the texture would still be the same, but it gets thick once exposed to air, so it doesn't glide well anymore. However, it's very easy to just wipe the gel off if you want to rinse your face quickly.
So far, I'm loving this mask. It really calms down the skin if my skin is irritated. My skin kinda felt irritated a few days back because I went back to my hometime, and missed my usual skincare routine, and when I got home my skin seemed to react. I applied this mask on and it instantly gave my skin an instant relief with the cooling feel. I bet if you put this mask in the fridge first, it'll feel more soothing. My skin felt great after 2 days of using this straight.
Overall Thoughts
AXIS-Y New Skin Resolution Gel Mask is highly recommended for all skin types especially for those with sensitive skin. It gives instant relief and after each wash, the skin feels fresh and bouncy. I honestly can't get enough of this. And it's great to pair with AXIS-Y Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack too.
