What is Mentholatum Acnes Creamy Wash?

Mentholatum Acnes Creamy Wash is a daily gentle exfoliating cleanser. Mentholatum claims it as a soap-free cleansing formula that is close to the skin’s natural pH level which provides a gentle yet effective cleansing. Making it suitable for sensitive acne-prone skin. Salicylic Acid (BHA) is added into the formula to help unclog pores and combat acne. It also has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties from Avocado Extract which acts as a calming agent to calm the skin. At the same time remove sebum for longer-lasting oil control. Vitamin C + E antioxidants are also found in this formulation to soothe skin, brighten dull skin, lighten acne marks, and strengthen the skin barrier.

Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for Mentholatum Acnes Creamy Wash, its active ingredients are Centella Asiatica, Niacinamide and also Glycerin. However, looking at the INCI list overall, it doesn't look that great with Alcohol and Fragrance.

Packaging
It comes in a fully covered plastic tube with a flip cap. The design is simple and does not come with outer box packaging.

Texture
It's a sheer lightly coloured green cream cleanser that does not create foam but does feel rather soapy upon application.

Scent-Wise
It has a very strong scent that might not be pleasant for all

Experience
Honestly, I have not tried this cleanser yet. I'm posting this post as a requirement as it has been sent to me for PR purposes and also for future reference. This cleanser is super affordable as easily found in major drugstores. However, I don't feel like I'll be using this cleanser anytime soon, so this post would probably not be updated.

Overall Thoughts
Mentholatum Acnes Creamy Wash may be a cleanser you can try out if you're looking for an affordable cleanser that is easily found. Since it's a drug-store product, you do not have to worry about illegal chemicals as it should be safe. Mentholatum is however a very trusted brand from Japan.
