What is Mamonde Moisture Ceramide Emulsion?

Mamonde Ceramide Emulsion Hibiscus is an emulsion, which is like a very light cream. Similar to its skin softener, Mamonde's ceramide emulsion is an ultra-nourishing emulsion that strengthens the weakened skin moisture barrier and provides impeccable moisturizing effects.

My Thoughts on Mamonde Ceramide Emulsion

This is my Mamonde Ceramide Emulsion review:

Ingredients
Looking into the full list ingredients of Mamonde Ceramide Emulsion, it's key ingredients are the same as the other products in the range which are ceramide and hibiscus. Decoding the ingredients from incidecoder.com I find that the emulsion only uses one type of ceramide compared to the other products. It also contains retinol which is a highly sensitive ingredient. It doesn't state the percentage of it but, if you're pregnant, try to avoid this.

Packaging
Similar to Mamonde's Ceramide Skin Softener, it's a light opaque bottle but the difference is the ceramide emulsion has a pump head. Which makes it even better as it's completely sealed. It also makes it much easier to retrieve the product inside.

Texture
It's a milky very light creamy texture. When applied to the skin, it doesn't take much time for it to fully absorb into the skin and the best thing is that it doesn't leave a sticky feel to it.

Scent-Wise
Compared to the Skin Softener, this doesn't have much scent to it. I could hardly scent any at all.

Experience
No irritations or redness is seen after using this.

Overall Thoughts

Honestly, I don't have much to say, Mamonde's ceramide emulsion is almost like it's skin softener. The only difference I could see is its texture. I'm not sure about the ingredients inside but their core ingredients are the same. Ceramide for skin barrier and Hibiscus for moisture. They also contain acetic acid which is a highly concentrated niacinamide that helps minimize sagging and also treat pores. Other than that I don't see much to highlight.

My experience with this is pretty much the same as it's skin softener. I feel like that emulsion is much of better use than the softener but probably using both completes what lacks from each product. That's just my thought, but if I'll have to choose, I'll pick the emulsion.

My Rate
Rate: 4/5
Repurchase: Maybe
