My Thoughts on Klairs Mid Day Blue Physical Sunscreen

I've read so many good reviews about this sunscreen which made me really eager to purchase and try it too. I've been using Klairs products ever since my Uni days and I'm still really a big fan of this brand. However, this is the first sunscreen that I have tried from this brand.

Ingredients
Referring to incidecoder.com decode on the ingredient list, it didn't look much fascinating as I've seen with other sunscreens. It contains quite a number of emollients and moisturising agents inside and a few pore-clogging ingredients as well. It doesn't look bad though, this sunscreen's main star is Guaiazuliene and Sunflower Oil. It also contains Vitamin E as well.

Packaging
It comes in a blue plastic tube and a small spout which makes it easy to handle. The lid is airtight and functions well and I had no experience with spills. Since the spout is small, it reduces mess with extra cream taken out. So you'll always have the spout clean without much effort.

Texture
This blue cream is very creamy but lightweight at the same time. The blue colour may look a bit frightening at first but calm down as it comes from the goodness of blue chamomile. The cream could get a bit thick if applied too much at once, so to avoid having a hard time rubbing off the white cast, apply it little by little.

Scent-Wise
Its strong and I honestly don't like the scent that much but it doesn't really bother me.

Experience
This sunscreen fits all the criteria of a good sunscreen with the perfect amount of SPF and PA included. I didn't experience any bad reactions or irritations using this sunscreen but this is not my first choice as a daily sunscreen. I've been using this on days I'm out and about when I tend to sweat because this sunscreen is waterproof and it takes time to wipe it off completely too. You can actually feel that this sunscreen sticks to the skin. For me, it's a bit drying sometimes too.

Overall Thoughts
It's a great sunscreen actually sunblock if you follow the correct terms as this is a physical sunscreen, it blocks away UV rays by creating a filter. Anyhow, I don't personally feel that its that great, I've tried better sunscreens that come with the same price range. Probably the most turn off for me is the sticky feeling and how its hard to come off. I'll usually make sure I'll double cleanse at night if I use this sunscreen just in case because somehow I feel like it blocks pores.
