My Thoughts on Neogen Green Tea Cleansing Stick

Ingredients
Referring to incidecoder.com Neogen's Real Fresh Cleansing Green Stick contains quite a number or perfuming and comedogenic ingredients. Some are quite irritating too which kinda surprised me when I first looked at it. This cleanser contains green tea leaf and green tea seed oil as its main ingredient. It also contains Coconut, Camelia and Olive Oils which are very good ingredients in giving the skin hydration but at the same time could block pores too.

Packaging
I love the packaging, it's simple, neat and it doesn't take up much space. I know the cleanser is in the form of a stick but I do sometimes worry about how hygienic this cleanser actually is. However, that isn't such a big issue, this cleanser is surely travel friendly with its packaging, you won't need to worry about spills at all.

Texture
It's like a balm, it may look hard but once you rub it on the face, it melts away creating a very soft and creamy texture.

Scent-Wise
I love the scent, it's very calming but it's very strong.

Experience
I've used this for almost 2 months now in my morning routine and I'm almost out of it. Looking into the ingredients it is kinda scary since mostly this cleansing stick is full of pore-blocking ingredients. However, despite it containing comedogenic oils which usually I'm sensitive to, my skin actually reacted really good to this stick cleanser.

I used this cleanser before I experienced a breakout due to new products and also after I changed back to my previous skincare after seeing my skin popping acne. And even now, when my skin recovered I'm still using this cleanser so I know this was not the source why my skin had a breakout.

That's why I'm rather shocked because I didn't experience any bad reactions or irritations while using this nor did this be the cause of my acne. This cleansing stick is said to be an exfoliating daily cleanser which most of you should know that you're not supposed to exfoliate every day. But I've been using this every day since the exfoliating agent is green tea. If I'm not mistaken.

Overall Thoughts
Using this cleanser was really pleasing, the green tea leaves gave quite the experience, somehow felt like a gentle scrub. It worked great on my skin but it's a pity that it's almost finished even only using it once a day for a month over. However, I feel that its best that way to because it may not be that hygienic if it is kept too long. Even though I'm giving positive feedbacks on this but I really don't feel that this cleanser is fit for my daily type of cleanser. It'll be great for travel, but during the pandemic nowadays when I'm mostly at home, I'll prefer my normal type of cleansers of this one.
