My Thoughts on Essano Rosehip Creme Cleanser

Ingredients
Looking into the full list ingredients of Essano Rosehip Moisturising Creme Cleanser it's key ingredients are Aloe, Rose and Lactic Acid. It contains quite a number of comedogenic emollients. Since the cleanser doesn't use parabens as a preservative, it uses Benzyl Alcohol which is also debated as harmful to the skin.

Other than that, there isn't much to say on the ingredients though but Essano claims that 99.3% of the total ingredients are of natural origin and 10.2% of the total ingredients are from organic farming. Which is a good initiative from the brand to help the earth.

Packaging
Totally love the packaging, deep pink and embossed gold certainly stood out in the shelves of where it was displayed in the drugstore. Honestly, 30% of why I bought this is that the packaging attracted me too. I've been noticing Essano's rosehip range for quite a while and when I saw it on sale I finally bought one to try. It comes in a matte plastic tube and I have had no problems with leaking at all.

Texture
It's very creamy, almost like a moisturiser. If you put it on your hands without water, you'll see that it's almost like cream, it'll be hard to tell as it doesn't create any soapy texture at all without water. So to use this for washing the face, you'll need to make sure to add some water too or it'll be so dry to rub the product on since it's not foamy. So without it's foamy texture we should be more convinced that this product really doesn't contain any sulphates.

Scent-Wise
It has a rosy scent that's not so strong.

Experience
I'm already out of this cleanser. Been using this for months actually but not as a daily cleanser. Usually on days when I feel like my skin is rather sensitive with redness and new acne popping. So far I haven't experienced and bad reactions and the best thing is that it doesn't strip away the skins moisture after cleansing the face. So I didn't feel any dryness or tightness at all.

Overall Thoughts
I couldn't say I totally love this cleanser but I'm not saying I hate it either. The decoded ingredient list didn't much please me but the brand has put in so much thought to create a cruelty-free product and that I give credit for.  Honestly, the cleanser didn't show any wow effects I could much brag about. But again, overall it's a nice cleanser and I don't have any complaints on it.
