COSRX Propolis Synergy Pad is a daily nourishing toner pad that could be used as wipes or as a mask. COSRX claims their Synergy Pad as the most basic and essential step of a skincare routine. It contains 84% of Propolis extract that acts as a skin-nourishing pad. It would change dull skin and give it a glow.

Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for COSRX Propolis Synergy Pad, its active ingredient is propolis extract. COSRX mentions that this toner pad is soaked with their propolis ampoule which I know many will figure it must be the same formulation, however, both these products have different formulations with slightly similar ingredients included. The Synergy Pads are highlighted to contain Black Bee, Green & Red Propolis Extract and it also contains Lactobionic Acid which is a gentle PHA. COSRX doesn't highlight this pad as an exfoliate which I guess because PHA is very gentle, however, it's good to know exfoliants are included as some may be pretty sensitive.
Packaging
To be honest, the packaging seems a little too big for my liking. It takes so much space while the pads aren't even that size, it's way too small for the huge packaging. I feel like it's such a waste of packaging. I know pad packaging are always bulky, but seeing the size of the pads insides, I feel like it's just too big. However, it's the same size as COSRX PURE FIT CICA PAD so I guess that it's the standard packaging for COSRX.
The box has a neat minimal design of white and yellow with a light velvety feel when touched. The pads come inside a huge plastic see-through jar with a screw cap. The good thing that the synergy pads comes with a closer lid inside including a tweezer which the Pure Fit Cica Pad does not have. That certainly comes like an upgrade for me because it's more hygienic that way.
Texture
If comparing with the Pure Fit Cica Pads, these pads are totally different as the Cica Pads are one of a kind. The Propolis Synergy Pad has that standard texture like most pad skincare products from other brands. One side embossed while the other is smooth. I don't find anything special about the texture of the pads.
Scent-Wise
It has very minimal to no scent at all
Experience
I've been using these Propolis Pads from COSRX as a quick mask almost every day now. Day & night, I could say I'm quite obsessed with it. It's been a week since I first using these pads and I could say that these pads are definitely nourishing and moisturising indeed. I've been focusing on using them on both of my cheeks as they have been quite irritated this past week due to sudden acne. I've been incorporating these pads in my skincare routine as well, just after applying toner and before serum. I let it sit on my cheeks for about 5 minutes before I proceed to my next skincare step.
I know I have the full range of COSRX Propolis but as I mentioned in my previous posts that I've been incorporating them slowly into my routine and the first I tried was their Synergy Pads. So I've tried these pads with my current skincare routine at first before I started using the other Propolis products in my routine. The reason was before I got the Propolis range, my skin was breaking out so I changed my routine to soothing products to help with my irritation first. Then when my irritated skin seemed to be healing then only I added propolis because I was afraid I might be allergic. However, so far, I didn't feel any irritation or visible reactions from it.
Overall Thoughts
I thought I could have used these pads with my FOREO UFO, however, these pads are just too thick and it's not that drenched with serum, so it doesn't go well with the UFO. That's why I've been using them as quick masks as it absorbs pretty well into the skin. Overall I could say these pads had captured my heart. I don't really like using them as wipes because it feels a bit dry when pulled and I don't think my irritated skin could stand that.
