What is COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner?
COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner is a daily essence-like toner to soothe & hydrate. COSRX claims their propolis toner contains 72.6% of Black bee Propolis extract which is the highest content of propolis extract that doesn't affect the feel of toner. It also includes 10% Honey extract and contains maximum content of propolis extract without water. This toner promises glowy and smooth skin.

Ingredients
Looking into the full list of ingredients for COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner, its active ingredients are propolis, honey and also senna extract. This toner only contains 14 ingredients that are free of alcohols, sulfates, parabens, silicones and synthetic fragrances. The ingredient list really does look promising and reading more on Propolis made me so eager to try COSRX Propolis range.
Packaging
COSRX's packaging design has always been neat and simple, just like their Pure Fit Cica Range. Instead, the main colour is Yellow. What surprised me more when I first touched its packaging is that, the box had a soft-like velvet feel to it. I know it's only a box but my major back in Uni learned about packaging and these kinds of adds are pricey, well it may not cost that much in bulk but still, it costs more. Goshh... I know, I'm a freak when it comes to packaging.
Moving on to the bottle, it comes in a clear hard plastic bottle with a flip cap that bares the COSRX logo on top. The description labels are mixed with English and Korean. I have no problem with the packaging as it serves its function well.
Texture
Very watery but has a light viscosity. It takes a bit of time to fully absorb into the skin which could create a bit of white cast during application if patting it in instead of using cotton pads. However it only takes seconds to fully absorb and once it does, it gives an instant refreshing feel and makes the skin feel smooth and supple. It doesn't have a sticky feeling to it.
Scent-Wise
Minimal scent, hardly no scent at all
Experience
I've only used this less than a week so I can't really say much about it yet but I didn't experience any redness or irritation while applying this. However, I haven't fully incorporated this into my routine yet as I'm still working on healing my sudden acne attack from the past week. Since propolis is known to work great for acne aftermath, I'm planning to fully use it by then.

I'm absolutely loving this toner, after a few weeks of using this toner and the COSRX Propolis Range I could say my skin improved a lot. My skin is clear of acne, only left with acne marks. My skin looks and feels good after the previous breakout I had. I've been generously using this toner in my morning routine just before I applied COSRX Propolis Pads on my cheeks. It feels super hydrating indeed.
Overall Thoughts
I'm totally recommending this toner to anyone who is looking for a soothing and hydrating toner. I don't see any signs of new acne even popping. My skin feels smooth without any bumps since I've used this.
