Hey alls, it's been a while, I've been really active on Instagram lately if you missed me here. There's a lot of makeup videos too so do follow me on @miracikcit. Last week, I shared a post on Sarr’e By Sari Lipmatte a new local brand making its way in the market and it's just stunning. Keep on reading to know more about this product.
Last month I attended The Butterfly Project's X Lip Addict Malaysia's Tea Party event and it was sure a sweet one. Of course, I didn't want to miss out on another TBP event and at the same time, I was also curious about the brand Lip Addict. It's not a drugstore brand which we normally hear and it's not even from a high-end brand which we can get at fancy counters. Lip Addict is something different and one of a kind as well. These lippies are somewhat exclusive as you won't be able to get this in a mall. You'll regret if you don't read on as these lippies are made to give you the lips of every woman's dreams. Read on if you wanna know what I mean.
Lip junkies, may I have your attention as these NEW Mary Kay At Play Matte Liquid Lipsticks has made its way into Malaysia early this month. With 6 variants of colors to choose from, these lippies will just get you hooked! I promise that because most of my friends that are into Mary Kay says these Matte Liquid Lipsticks are a fast seller and you'll understand why soon. Keep on reading because I know you're curious.
I received these lipbalms while I was still pregnant and thank goodness for these because I awfully had chapped lips during that time. I carried lipbalms everywhere I went and will be applying it every 5 minutes. Mentholatum has always come up with the best lip balms especially their Ice Lips range which I bet most of you love too. I've tried pretty much variation of their lip balms and most of them won my heart which made me hard to choose one. This just causes me to pick any lip balm from Mentholatum when I go shopping because I don't have a favourite. Read on if you wanna know about these lip balms.
Bought these lippies ages ago at Althea Korea just to try it out. You all know how I love lippies especially vibrant colours and The Saem Eco Soul Kiss Button Lips has a range of vibrant colours to choose from which is kinda rare for Korean lipsticks as Koreans mostly prefer gradient lips rather than full lips. They offered quite a number of colours to choose from but I only managed to grab five from the range. Keep on reading if you wanna know more.
I've always loved Mentholatum lip balms and until now it's still my favourite choice. Mentholatum is surely a brand my family and I trust since I can't remember. LOL... Well, early this year Mentholatum launched a new edition to their lip balms which are lip crayons. I was surprised when Mentholatum sent me this as I thought they now produce lipsticks. These lip crayons were sent to the office when I was on my maternity leave and I only got to use it starting from the middle of this year. When I first tried it on, I was surprised! Read on to know why.
I'm pretty sure that most of you are already familiar with the brand name Elianto. This local brand has seen to open new stores in some of our popular shopping malls throughout the country with a brand new look to it which are also introducing new lines of products for makeup to skincare almost every month now. As seen from my insta-stories, I recently went to one of their stores to try out some of the newest beauty products they are offering and was I surprised that I never knew Elianto carried so many products. I've used to love their eyeshadow sticks which were one of my carry-on makeups every day and after going to their store I kinda now have a wishlist of items I should get. Anyways, keep on reading if you're interested to know what Elianto has more to offer.
It's been a while but here's another post of #THROWBACKBEAUTYPRODUCTS. This was back in 2015, LOL... that long already. I don't know where this lipstick is already but it must be expired already, at least I remember using it quite a lot to class. I was in my final year of Degree when I received this as a door gift, at that time I loved taking pictures of products so I could keep it as a memory here on my blog that I've used this product before, for future reference if I should buy it in the future or not. Turns out my time was so packed that I only managed to draft out a writing in 2018. LOL... Anyways, there was no requirement for a post back then, I just wanted to share my opinion on this product, plus I already took photos, it's such a waste to delete it after all this time. So if you're curious to know more, keep on reading.
Honestly, guys, these pictures have been in my draft for the longest time and but I still wanna share it. After my previous post on the other range of Makeup Revolution's Vamp Shade Lipsticks, now I take another year to write about the other range which is the Scandalous Lipsticks. I know what's the point of sharing it now but I don't wanna waste my pictures and I'm trying to clear my backlogs drafts. Besides, these lipsticks were bought by my own money, it's just that I was super ambitious back then when I wanted to blog about every makeup product that I own. LOL... Obviously, I didn't manage to do such a good job but keep on reading to see some of my work using these lipsticks.
Lipsticks are like my holy grail when it comes to makeup. I could give up anything else but not lipsticks. It's one of the items that I can never have enough, even though some may say I already have the same colour. Well, I bet most of you lip junkies out there will say, there is never one the same, it's a different brand. Since Colourpop made its way to Malaysia, liquid lipsticks have become an obsession and a few years later we see local brands coming out with liquid lipsticks as well. Not complaining, it's actually great! One of the brands is Orkid Cosmetics and I've been itchy to try it out since I knew their existence. Thanks to The Butterfly Project, I received a few in their Birthday Goodie Bag. Keep on reading to know more.
It's been a while since I posted about makeup, I certainly miss writing about makeup since it easily excites me. Just like when I received this cute Canmake Tokyo makeup kit! This is one of the cutest makeup kits that I have ever owned. The first glimpse of the packaging already explains the cuteness of this makeup kit with 6 products nicely packed in a petite box. Honestly, I'm not really familiar with Canmake, I've heard about them before but never actually tried their products. As far as I remember, this is my first time owning Canmake products, so my review will be based on a first timers opinion. Keep on reading if you want to know more.
First of all, just to let you know I have been compiling a lot of pictures in my draft like ages ago. These lipsticks are bought like last year but I'm just writing out the review now. This post is not sponsored though. Just wanted to share out about these Vamp Shades Makeup Revolution Lipsticks that I could say addicted to. For those who know me would know that I love wearing dark and outstanding colours for the lips. I think my skin tone suits better with dark colours, hehe.. or I think I just like lips to outstand more. LOL.. Anyways keep on reading if your curious about these lipsticks.
Hey peeps! So just a random post today. I have had these pictures in my draft for so long but never posted it out. I'm sure that most of you Maybelline fans might have recognised this lipstick already. Its the Watershine Pure Lipsticks which has been in the market for sometime already. These lipsticks might not look so outstanding, but for a person that is not into makeup but wants to own a nice and safe lipstick. I think this range from Maybelline are just perfect.
Keep reading to know...
Good Morning peeps, feels like October came early this year. September was a really bad month for me, I hardly had anytime for myself. I hope this month is much better. Anyways, if you have been updated on my Instagram you would know that I won one of Maybelline's newest baby lips which is their Candy Wow Cherry. So today I thought I'll be sharing my review on their latest baby lips since I have been a fan of Maybelline's Baby Lips for a long time.

Hey peeps!
So how was work today? Can't wait for Friday already?
Well cheer up, there are loads of reasons why you should smile.
Last week, Maybelline sure gave me a surprise. I was kinda stressed out with deadlines and tons of uncompleted work till a delivery came knocking at my door. A bouquet of flowers with 2 lipsticks tied together was handed to me, made me blush! LOL
My mood totally changed, a combo of two of a girls favourite things, flowers and makeup! Just which girls heart wouldn't melt. Maybelline gave me two of their NEW Launched lipsticks to try out which was from their Rebel Bouquet range.
Price: RM31.65
Shades: REB03, REB08
Maybelline has done it once again, their colour sensational lipsticks has always been my favourite. As you could see these Rebel Bouquet lipsticks are almost the same as their Bold Matte Lipsticks but these Rebel Bouquet lipsticks are all in pastel colours. They have a few more colours in store, which I am so gonna get more of these.
Like they say, its time for pastels to rebel. Pastel colours sure are a current trend right now, even my blog colours are pastels. Pastels are such awesome colours don't you think? So why not pastel lipsticks? Maybelline gave me REB08 and REB03 and both colours are beautiful. I don't know which colour I love the most.
Both colours I received are pink and both pink pastels. I have been using these colours ever since and its totally staying in my makeup pouch. Because pastels could never go wrong right? Its suitable with all occasions.
If I could describe these lipsticks in one word, it would be 'PERFECT'. The colours are just stunning!
For me I kinda prefer lipsticks that are not so shiny, so most of my lipsticks would be either matte or cream lipsticks. These Rebel Bouquet lipsticks are cream lipsticks since they have a little bit of shine to it.

Overall I just love them, but if you want the colour to last all day long, I suggest you to use a lip tattoo or just carry around these lipsticks around everywhere you go. Just like me. I just wished that the REBEL print you saw earlier was printed on the lipstick cover instead of the plastic. At least the lipstick would still look pretty as its colour forever.
So what colour do you prefer?
Or do you own a different colour from this range?
Let me know in the comments below.
Till then peeps!

Hey peeps!
So how was you Monday? Another week to go through right? Stay strong, the week will be over as soon as you know it. So if you guys have been following my blog, you would know that I have reviewed Urban Decay's Spring Collection 2015 but if you missed it no worries. Catch the reviews here:
The colour I recieved for the Sheer Revolution Lipstick is in a Nude colour called Walk of Shame. For Urban Decay's 2015 Spring Collection they released 5 to 6 colours if I'm not mistaken from soft pinks to daring red.
This is also my first ever Urban Decay lipstick and I was so happy to be owning one finally that I almost cried. LOL! The packaging is just stunning don't you think? And purple is my favourite colour.
I wished for the colour of the lipstick I would have recieved something with a colour instead of a nude one because I have dark lips so wearing a nude lipstick wouldn't turn out so nice on me. So I had to blend it in with a bit of pink lipgloss to make my lips look good in nude. And the effects were amazing! Even though I blended it with another colour, the sheer effect of the lipstick made my lips look good and it is also very creamy as well. Didn't dry my lips at all.
Overall I'm satisfied with it, wish I could try out their other colours as well.
Till then peeps
Hey Peeps!
So just a short post for tonight. If you girls have been following me, you would have known that I have already mentioned to you about Mary Kay's New Paradise Calling Collection. But if you girls has missed my previous posts about this collection, please do visit Paradise Calling Collection Beauty Look and Mary Kay's Whipped Eye Colour.
If you have read all of the previous posts, thank you and so shall we head on to their Lacquered Lip Shine? Mary Kay gave me three colours to review which are Exotic Orchid, Tropical Mandarin and also Sunbaked.
As you can see, these lip lacquers has really vibrant colours except for Sunbaked which is nude in colour. It is in a dense liquid form and with only one swatch you will get a full application. No need to apply much then cause they stick pretty well. To well that it last really long throughout the day without having to touch up.
So for the short video I made for this look, you would have seen that I used all the lip colours for all one look. Don't you think just by the colours of the lip they give a new mood and look to each and one of them?
Overall these lip lacquers are really nice, especially their colour. They are rather sticky at first and they instantly stick to your lips. So you will have to use a makeup remover to fully remove your applications. I love the brush the most, cause it makes it is so easier to line the lips well so it doesn't look smudged. It could create an effect almost sharp as a lip liner.
So what do you think peeps?
Which colour do you like the most?
And which look would you prefer?
Let me know.
Till then peeps!
